2025 North Island Titles Training Phase

8th September - 20th October

UCI 9-14 Only

6-Week Training Block

6-weeks is a great amount of time to prepare for a major event and get ready for the upcoming season.
This training phase consists of 6-sessions over 7 weeks, allowing a 1 week buffer for a potential/likely weather cancellation.

Access to Training Videos & Session Summaries

Every week we will upload all videos we record at the trainings to a Google Drive folder for all participants to access. Further, after every training we will send a summary of the topics covered in the session with their intended purpose - allowing you to continue to work on key topics in your own time.

Small Group Sizes

Groups at capped at 6 riders, ensuring everyone get personalised advice every week.

Technique, Skills, Tactical, & Mental Focus

We believe our time is best spent on the technical elements of BMX, opposed to doing lots of sprints and speed based efforts that can be done in riders own time. This phase will focus on preparing riders for the 2025 North Island Titles, with drills targeted towards Mountain Raiders track.

FAQ's

Why have you changed the age range to be UCI 9-14 only?

Over the past couple of training phases we have noticed a slightly too large ability range within our groups. To ensure maximum value is provided to all involved, we have decided to narrow this age range slightly.

What happens if we get through all 6 sessions in the first 6 weeks?

In this case we will run an optional 7th session on the 20th of October. If you choose to attend this session we will create a new product on the website that can be purchased for this session.
