We have reduced the session lengths from 1.5 hours to 1.25 hours due to our work obligations.
There will be no session on Waitangi Day (February 6th). Therefore, this is a 7-session training phase over an 8-week period.

FAQ's
If sessions get cancelled due to weather, we will run a catch-up session after the National Champs. If we cancel more than one session over the duration over the phase, we will reimburse you for any missed sessions.
