What is this training program?

This is an 8-week stock program leading into the National Championships. It is designed to provide riders with the right structure and training volume to foster their development.

You can begin the program at any stage of its duration. Simply start from the date of purchase until the end of the program.

What you get

This covers all of your key BMX needs:

  1. BMX Track Sessions
  2. Gym Sessions (done by The Riders Circle)
  3. Sprint Sessions

You’ll get a fully customisable Excel Spreadsheet that allows you to place sessions in the AM & PM of each day of the week. The sheet has been set up so that no matter your schedule, or how you choose to structure your training week, you will get all the required training arranged in a complimentary manner.

Who this is designed for?

This program is designed for those aged UCI 14 and older. As it incorporates gym training, and structured track and sprint sessions, we don’t recommend anyone younger than UCI 14 to purchase this.

You week depends on your inputs. We have ensured you can’t over train, nor slack off. 

Each day is split into AM & PM, allowing you to work around your other commitments whilst getting all your BMX training in.
